Shipping timelines are estimates only; delays due to customs, carriers, or unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of CLOUDY BATH.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.

Return and Refund Policy

At CLOUDY BATH, we are committed to providing high-quality Dead Sea products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. RETURNS

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.

2. EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you received the wrong product or a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photo/video).

3. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was on our part.
